Stakeholder Relations & Communication Manager
For a renowned Belgian professional federation, we are looking for a Stakeholder Relations & Communication Manager.
Your tasks:
- In charge of communication with members and stakeholders through its own channels (website, newsletter, social media, meetings, etc.).
- Contacts with internal stakeholders (Board of Directors and members): organization and preparation of general meetings, boards of directors, animation of working groups, prospecting of new members,...
- Contacts with external stakeholders: participating in meetings with scientific, administrative and regulatory authorities (FASFC, FPS Public Health, etc.), media and sector associations at the Belgian and European levels.
- Assist in the daily management of the federation: assist the director with a number of administrative tasks.
What we expect from you:
- You have a master's degree in law, economics or political science or a scientific background with an interest in regulatory affairs or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Work experience is an asset, but above all you have a sense of responsibility and a desire to learn and help members.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English. You write well and enjoy writing.
- You like networking and giving presentations.
- You can work autonomously as well as in a team, you are entrepreneurial, flexible and responsible.
- You enjoy the challenge of assisting the director and the team in successfully carrying out the mission.
